Chris Redcliffe, CFP

Presenter details:

Chris was born in Vancouver to immigrant parents where he was raised both in a major city as well as a rural town before becoming a boarder at Brentwood. After high school, Chris finished his undergrad in three years with a degree in Economics and Business. Today, he spends most of his time advising employers and families on an array of financial planning topics with the help of his team based mainly in Vancouver.

After working in financial services for a small family owned business and then one of the largest brokerages in the world, Chris started his own financial services company in the summer of 2012.

His decision was a risky one at such a young age (26) with no investors or banks willing to lend start up capital, but today has proven to be the best decision of his professional life.

Chris, a 2003 Brentwood graduate, was one of the 2015 BC Business top 30-under-30 entrepreneurs of the year.

He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and working to become a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) within the next 12 months.

One of his favourite quotes is “Be different or be dead.”
