Sean is an associate with Harper Grey LLP in the firm’s commercial litigation and insurance groups.
His insurance practice is focused on representing insurers on a broad range of matters, including bodily injury, property damage, and construction deficiencies claims, as well as general insurance disputes. Primarily, he represents insurers advancing subrogated actions on property, fire, and product liability claims.
He also has a broad commercial litigation practice, and has been published in The Advocate, and Oregon and Washington State Bar newsletters on the enforcement of foreign money judgments in Canada.
I will discuss my path to law school, and also my experience studying law and working in both Canada and Mexico. As part of this, I will talk about admissions to law school, and also securing an articling position at the end of it all – from the perspective of a previous applicant, and now being involved in the hiring process for my firm.
Finally, I will talk about my experience working as a lawyer, and share a few examples of interesting cases I have been involved in.
