This Week at Brentwood - Kelsey McIlroy

Starting Thursday, April 28th, our campus becomes host to our annual Brentwood Regatta. As part of this fantastic event we must ask all staff and day students for their co-operation in helping to reduce the vehicle congestion that occurs on our campus.

1. Front gates at Solarium Road will be closed from midnight Wednesday 27th – Sunday May 1st 2016. They will only be opened for emergency vehicles.

Campus residence are asked to please drive past the Facilities office and make their way onto Campus via the back road. However, some of you may be requested to park in designated areas as your parking locations form part of the boat route or boat was station during Regatta.

All other students and staff are asked to please park on the Felix property, which is across the road from the Facilities Building. This property has a lower level gravel area for cars. Once the Felix property is full, all overflow parking will be directed to Field 6, which is located behind the Sportsplex.

You are also welcome to join our visitors in the general parking on the field starting mid-day Friday, once all the teams have arrived and parked their boat trailers. All parking is on a first come first serve basis.

2. Crooks Hall parking area will be used as the Regatta Crews Pavilion, and tents will be erected from noon on Thursday.
3. Pick Ups and Drop Offs will be from the facilities parking lot. All those utilizing this facility are required to be there 5 (five) minutes prior to departure

The Regatta organizing committee apologizes for any inconvenience and appreciates your parking cooperation during the 2016 Regatta.

You can book an appointment now at blood.ca or call 1-888-236-6283 (they also have an app: "GiveBlood APP"). Please check your eligibility in advance of your donation at: https://blood.ca/en/blood/eligibility-quiz
