Rowing Camps

We have 3 exciting rowing camps for you to choose from this summer!

If you are a novice you can choose from our Teen Learn To Row Camps (Grades 7 - 9) or our Adult Learn To Row Camp!

For more experience teens (14 -17 years old) we invite you to hone your skills and work in small boats.

We have an incredibly experienced staff of coaches who will make your experience fun and meaningful.

To register for our Summer Rowing Camp, click the yellow REGISTER button below . This will take you to our REGISTRATION page where you can add a camp package to your cart and checkout. Upon checkout, you will need to provide camper and billing information as well as sign-off on an informed consent and media waiver.

- July 2 - 27, 2018 -

Learn to Row Grade 7-9

Grade 7 to 9, Boys and Girls Welcome!

This camp is designed for kids with no experience in rowing who want to learn the fundamentals from expert coaches in beautiful setting.

Runs:
• 3 days a week
• Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
• 8:30 -10:30 AM

The camp will focus on:
• Technique
• Land based fitness
• Boat handling and movement skills
• Small boat competency

Come and discover this brilliant sport in an idyllic setting!

Adults Learn to Row

This is a beginner program for adults!

The camp will show you the fundamentals of rowing in a fun and engaging atmosphere from expert coaches.

Runs:
• Tuesdays and Thursdays
• 6:30 - 8 PM

This camp will focus on:
• tank work
• erg work
• on the water training

Discover what makes this one of Canada's most successful Olympic sports!

- June 25 - July 27, 2018 -

Summer Rowing Club

Experienced Boys and Girls aged 14 -17!

This camp is for those kids who want to take their rowing to the next level. It is designed for those who can already row and want to improve individual Sculling skills

Runs:
• 5 mornings
• Monday thru Friday
• 6 - 8 AM

The camp will focus on:
• Small boat sculling in 1x, 2x & 4x
• Focus on individual skill set
• Work on the land-based warm-up
• Core and flexibility aspects of training

All participants will race at BC Championships - July 13 - 15
